Filing a complaint at Bronovo Hospital

A great deal of attention is given to the quality of health care at Bronovo Hospital. Our hospital staff try to do their work as well as they can. However, it is not always possible to prevent mistakes and errors. This can cause dissatisfaction. If you are dissatisfied about something, it is best to talk to the persons concerned or their superiors as openly and directly as possible. If you are still not satisfied, you can submit a complaint to the patients’ confidential mediator or the hospital complaints committee. You can contact the patients’ confidential mediator, Mrs. A. Smeets, on:

  • Tuesday: 9.00 - 17.00 hrs
  • Thursday: 9.00 - 17.00 hrs
  • Friday: 9.00 - 17.00 hrs

Please leave a message on the answering machine if Mrs. Smeets is not available to answer your call. She will call you back as soon as possible.
