Woonzorgcentra Haaglanden (WZH)

The Bronovo-Nebo Foundation works together with WZH to support patients who still require a period of rehabilitation or treatment after their discharge from hospital.
There are eleven places available in De Sonneruyter nursing home to this end.
This collaboration promotes a good onward flow of patients from the hospital.
