Your first visit
Welcome to Bronovo Hospital. We are pleased that you have chosen to receive medical services in our hospital. We are committed to making your hospital visit as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Making an appointment in Bronovo Hospital without a referral Important information for all patients When you make an appointment with one of the specialists in Bronovo Hospital without a referral letter from your GP (Family Doctor) it is possible that your Health Insurance Company will not pay for the costs of your treatment. If your Health Insurance Company does not refund the treatment costs, you will have to pay your-self and you will receive an invoice from Bronovo Hospital or from your Health Insurance Company.
Acute care in the Accident and Emergency Department (SEH) of Bronovo Hospital will always be paid for by your Health Insurance Company. |
Registration of your Dutch citizen service number
If you have an appointment at Bronovo Hospital, please register at the Registration Desk in the Central Hall and you will receive a new blue registration card. Your Dutch citizen service number (BSN) then will then be registered in our administration.
Don’t forget to bring your ID and insurance card.

If your child does not have his/her own Identity Document, please bring his/her SOFI-number with you. On request, the Tax Office will send this number to the parents by post.
Are there changes to your personal particulars? If you move home, change your family doctor/GP or your medical insurance, will you please give this new information at the Registration Desk. In this way, we can keep our information up-to-date.
