Reception at Bronovo Hospital
A nurse will welcome you upon arrival and inform you on procedures in your ward. In the course of the same day, a catering assistant will give you information on additional services available (e.g. hairdresser, use of the internet etc).

Daily routine
It is difficult to provide all the patients in our hospital with an accurate daily timetable but, in general, the day is planned as follows: 

• 07.30 - 08.30 hours: breakfast, tea, coffee or soft drink
• 12.00 hours: lunch
• 14.00 hours: tea, coffee or soft drink
• 15.30 - 16.30: hours: visiting hour
• 17.30 hours: evening meal
• 18.30 - 19.30 hours: visiting hour
• 19.30 hours: tea, coffee or soft drink
• from 22.00 hours: quiet hours

Bronovo Star Service
During your stay in our hospital, you can make use of the so-called ‘Star Service’. The hospital has introduced this extra service in order to adjust more efficiently to patients’ wishes and needs. The Star Service gives our patients the opportunity to obtain extra facilities. Click here for more information.

Automatic Cash Dispensing Machine
The ATM is located on the ground floor near the Central Hall (Corridor A).
You can withdraw cash here using your PIN card and you can also re-load your ChipKnip card.

Storing personal property
We advise you to keep your personal property/possessions in your own wardrobe in your room. You can lock this cupboard by putting a two euro coin in the slot. When you open the cupboard, you get your two euros back
