- Make an appointment on the phone: the Outpatient clinic can be reached by phone Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 16.00 hours at phone number +31(0)70 - 312 43 76.
For an appointment with a pulmonary specialist you will need a referral from your general practitioner or a medical specialist. Please bring your registration card and application form along to your appointment. If this is your first visit to Bronovo Hospital, please bring your insurance details and proof of identification in order to make a registration card in the Central Hall of the hospital. Should your details change – e.g. your address or insurance – it is essential that you have a new registration card made at the Registration Desk in the Central Hall.
When you make a first appointment with one of the specialists in Bronovo Hospital you need a referral letter from your GP (Family Doctor). Otherwise it is possible that your Health Insurance Company will not pay for the costs of your treatment. If your Health Insurance Company does not refund the treatment costs, you will have to pay yourself and you will receive an invoice from Bronovo Hospital or from your Health Insurance Company. |

Pulmonary function examination
A pulmonary function test is an examination which gives information about the volume, passability, elasticity and sensitivity of the respiratory tract. It is also possible to determine which substances narrow the respiratory tract and which medications can alleviate this narrowing. The examination will give you and your doctor a clear picture of the condition of your respiratory tract. For more information: pulmonary function department.
