Location
The plaster room is located on the 1st floor, Hall A of Bronovo Hospital.

Availability
Consultation hours are from 09.00 - 12.30 hours and from 14.00 - 15.30 hours. Between 9.00 and 9.30 hours patients may phone with questions and problems.

Course of events in the plaster room
In the ER, a fracture is first treated with a splint made from Calcium plaster, which is replaced after one week by the final synthetic cast available in all colours. Most fractures need to be treated with 4-6 weeks in a cast. An X-ray is usually made during this time to check whether the position is still correct and the fracture is healing well.
