Patients’ confidential mediator

It may happen that you are not satisfied with the result or that you find it difficult to discuss your complaint with those directly involved.

For such cases, the Patients' confidential mediator [patiëntenvertrouwenspersoon (PVP)] may be called upon. This is a specially appointed independent employee. 
The Patients' confidential mediator handles the immediate action for problems and complaints. The Patients' confidential mediator’s role is mainly mediatory in nature. In cooperation with the complainant and those at whom the complaint is directed, a solution is sought to the problem.
Of course your complaint is handled in strict confidence.

• Tuesday from 09.00 - 14.30 hours
• Thursday from 09.00 - 17.00 hours
• Friday from 09.00 - 14.30 hours

At times when Mrs. Smeets is not available, you may leave a message on the answering machine. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
