Outpatient pain clinic

Location
The consultation hours of the Outpatient pain clinic are held in the building ‘Hubertusduin’ (on the Bronovo terrain) on the -1 floor, route 113. Treatments at the Outpatient clinic continue to take place in the hospital on the third floor, corridor A.

The outpatient pain clinic can be contacted daily to make an appointment from 08.00 - 15.00 hours on telephone number +31 (0)70 - 312 40 60. 

Registration
Are you here for the first time or are there changes in your data? Then come 15 minutes before your first appointment to have a registration card made at the Registration Desk in the Central Hall of the hospital.

For an appointment at the outpatient pain clinic you will need a referral from your general practitioner or a specialist. Please bring proof of identification and insurance details when visiting our outpatient clinic for your first appointment.

Outpatient pain clinic
The outpatient pain clinic provides diagnosis and treatment for chronic pain related to posture and the locomotor apparatus, as well as pain caused by cancer and nerve damage. The clinic also treats post-traumatic pain syndromes (whiplash and dystrophy) and certain types of headache and facial pain.
