Outpatient sports clinic

Location
The Outpatient sports clinic is located on the second floor, Hall C near the Orthopaedic department.

Surgery hours and appointments
The orthopaedic surgeon and the nurse practitioner trainee hold surgery hours on Tuesday mornings.
You can make an appointment through the Orthopaedics outpatients’ clinic from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.: 070 - 312 43 96 and 070 312 43 73. 

Outpatient sports clinic
The layout of the outpatient sport clinic allows for a diagnostics and treatment team to be engaged as a multidisciplinary team. The outpatient sports clinic is intended for people of all ages who have suffered a sports-related injury or a sports trauma such as a knee or ankle injury. 

The outpatient sports clinic is a cooperative arrangement between the Orthopaedics department, Physiotherapy, the Emergency department and the plaster cast technicians. 

The outpatient sports clinic offers the following sports fitness tests:

• Compulsory physical examinations for participating in a sport such as for racing cyclists, for compressed air conditions and diving sport
• Basic fitness test for participating in a sport
• Comprehensive fitness test for participating in a sport
• General fitness tests and training advice
