Oncology Nurse

The oncology nurse gives information about the diagnosis and treatment to the oncology patient and their loved ones. The oncology nurse also provides guidance and performs the administration of chemotherapy.

The oncology nurse works in a multidisciplinary team with doctors, nurses and the oncology social worker on the wards and in the outpatient clinic.

Not only patients, but also doctors and nurses may request a consultation with the oncology nurse.
