Location
The pre-operative outpatient clinic is located on the 3rd floor, hall A (near the operating theatres). This is also where the collective secretariat for the operating theatre, the outpatient’s operating theatre, the outpatient pain clinic and the pre-operative outpatient clinic can be found.

Appointments
If, during an appointment with your treating specialist, it becomes clear that you need an operation, you may go to the pre-operative outpatient clinic immediately after your appointment for a preparatory examination. 

You may also choose to return at a later date. Generally, it is not necessary to make an appointment. However, you may call the outpatient clinic, should you wish to make an appointment.  

You are welcome at the pre-operative outpatient clinic on:
working days from 09.00 - 13.00 hours and from 14.15 - 16.00 hours.

The pre-operative outpatient clinic is run by anaesthesiologists and specialised nurses and it serves to prepare all patients who require surgery under anaesthesia.
