Patient satisfaction survey
Bronovo wants to offer care and services which satisfy patients. Has your doctor clearly explained how the treatment will work? Was the nurse friendly and attentive? Was the food tasty? In order to continue to improve the quality of the care and service offered in Bronovo, we need to know how patients experienced their stay. Therefore, we conduct research into patient satisfaction in various ways on a regular basis. The results of this research will lead to improvements in care.
Let us know
The leaflet ‘Let us know' has been placed all over the hospital since April 2006. This allows patients to inform us spontaneously of the good points of their stay in hospital and what they were not satisfied about. This easily accessible method has resulted in a lot of useful feedback for the organisation.
If you are not satisfied
Unfortunately, all this attention to quality does not rule out a human misunderstanding or error. Please inform us, in case you are not satisfied about the care or service in our hospital. A complaint offers us the chance to improve matters. Please discuss your dissatisfaction directly and openly with the relevant person or his/her superior. If this does not provide the desired result, you can submit a complaint to the patients’ confidential mediator. This is an independent employee who can offer advice or mediation. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may submit your complaint to the Complaints Committee. A leaflet on the complaints procedure is also available from the Information Office (Bureau Voorlichting) in the Central Hall.
