Mission
Bronovo Hospital:

• Aims to be the hospital of choice for residents in the care area;
• Aims to be a hospital that focuses on personal care;
• Aims to be a hospital which places the emphasis on both the patient and the employee;
• Aims to work based on general Christian values and with respect for other ideologies;
• Aims to be a hospital that forms a network of care together with other care providers.

Vision
Work within our foundation is based on five columns.
These are:

• Patients and clients are central
  Central to our care are our patients and clients, with their own abilities, wishes, convictions and values. People who entrust their care to us have the right to protection of their personal life and integrity.
• With passion and compassion
  We put our heart and soul into our profession. We believe that people requiring care are entitled to the most accurate diagnosis, the most reliable tests, the best medical treatment and the most dedicated nursing and care. In short, everything of the highest quality.
• Multidisciplinary teams
  By looking at people requiring care from various disciplines, we see “the whole being” instead of the organ or body part. For this reason we employ not only doctors and nurses, but also physiotherapists, ergotherapists, social workers and spiritual carers.
• Together with other care providers in the chain
  We work together with general practitioners, other hospitals, other nursing and care homes and home care employees. Working together in the chain enhances effectiveness and prevents blind spots and doubling-up. The result: better quality of care.
• In a nurturing training environment
