Consultation hours
The Heart failure nurse gives consultations on Wednesday from 13.00 - 16.30 hours. 

Appointments
You will need a referral from a cardiologist to make an appointment with the Heart failure outpatient clinic of Bronovo Hospital from Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 16.00 hours on telephone number: +31 (0)70 - 312 44 06. Please mention it concerns an appointment at Wassenaar Health Centre.

Check-in
You can check in at the desk on the 1st Floor, Corridor B.  

Cancelling appointments
If you cannot come to an appointment, please inform us by telephone as soon as possible (at least one work day beforehand). Appointments cancelled after this deadline will be charged. See no-show tariff

The  leaflets are intended as a back up to what you are told during your admission or consultation with hospital staff.
