Consultation hours
The Laboratory gives consultations from Monday to Friday between 08.00 - 11.00 hours.

Appointments
You do not need an appointment for most of the tests. However, for some tests you do, including those for an increased tendency to bleed. The laboratory can be contacted from 8.00 - 16.30 hours on telephone number +31 (0)70 - 312 41 89 (not for results!).

Check-in
Before going to the Laboratory (1st Floor), please go to the Registration Desk in the hall of the centre and collect the stickers showing your name and address. Make sure to bring  the application form filled in by your general practitioner or consultant, your insurance card and an identity document with you.

Cancelling appointments
If you cannot come to an appointment, please inform us by telephone as soon as possible (at least one work day beforehand). Appointments cancelled after this deadline will be charged. See no-show tariff
